How to pause communication for a resident

0:01 You can easily pause communication for a resident by logging in to your Buzz dashboard, choosing the resident that you'd like to pause, and when you're viewing their conversation in the top right-hand corner, there's three dots.
0:19 Clicking that, you say manage outbound communication. Here you can create a temporary hold that will stop all outbound actions and ensure that the communication is only done when the resident is in the top right-hand corner. So you can choose the ending date for how long this is going to pause for and
0:39 you can choose individually to pause by calls, text message, or email, or you can do all of them. And then entering a quick reason to the cause for your pause.
0:52 Once you're done, click save and that will implement the pause for you.
