Adding a new user - Account Owner

To add a new user, your user must have the Account Owner role in Buzz.

0:00 If you are an account owner, you can add a new user any time here in this view. Viewing the users when you first log in, you'll be able to click the create user button.

0:15 Here you can enter the first name and last name of the person, who you want to add along with their email.

0:21 If the email already exists, you'll be prompted to enter a different email, as there can only be one user per email address, you'll be able to select the role.

0:32 Buzz user is the typical role assigned for users who are just using one property. For instance, property manager or assistant manager.

0:43 If you have a regional manager, you can select this. Here, if they are an account owner, you want them to have the same high-level, company privileges, you can select account owner.

0:58 Then you'll select properties. Here you can select multiple properties if you wish, or one property. If a user should have access to all properties, simply do not select any properties, and they will have access to all properties for free.

1:12 Once you have filled in all of this information, the save button will appear, and you'll be able to save your new user.

1:21 That user will receive an invite email to claim their Buzz account, and they'll be able to follow a flow to access their Buzz account.
