Create Pending Payment

0:01 Pending payments are a way you can pause outbound communication and outreach to residents if you're waiting to post a payment that you may have gotten in paper form.
0:14 So if you've got a money or, or a cashier's check or something like that, you can create one of these pending payments and that will pause the outreach until you have the chance to deposit that.
0:26 So to do that, start by logging into your Buzz dashboard and clicking or finding the resident that you want to create this pending payment for and then there's a create pending payment button right here on the left hand side.
0:42 Clicking that will allow you to put the payment amount and click save. Once you've completed that, this will pause any of the outbound communication until you have the chance to make that payment post.
