Some residents are already required to make full payments based on settings in your property management system. If you prefer, you can instruct the Smart Assistant to enforce full payments in Buzz messaging for all residents at your property.
By default, this setting is turned of when your property is created in Buzz.

0:00 Buzz allows customization to enforce requiring full payments at a property. By default, this setting is turned off, and residents may make partial payments or commit to making, partial payments throughout the month.
0:20 Some of your residents already have their settings set to require full payments based on your property. Management System settings for that individual resident. To turn on full payments for the entire property, go to the Settings, then click the Current Resident Scale drop-down.
0:37 Here you'll see this field, Require Full Payment. By clicking this menu, you can toggle this to Yes, which will turn on the requirement for full payments.
0:47 the smart assistant will no longer work. The smart accept commitments or expected payments for partial amounts, and residents will be prompted to make their payment in full.
