If a resident is missing a phone number, their name will appear on your property's dashboard under the Residents Missing a Phone Number alert. Phone numbers can be added to a resident in your property management system, and will sync to Buzz within an hour.
IMPORTANT: Buzz requires phone numbers be unique per resident. Roommates may not be assigned the same phone number in Buzz. If you believe a resident ought to have a phone number in Buzz but they do not, please ensure the phone number is not already assigned to another resident.
