Send email to resident

0:01 Buzz allows you as the manager to jump in and start communicating with residents as well. You can easily take over a conversation or jump in to help add additional clarity when necessary.
0:16 So to send an email to a resident, if you start by viewing the individual resident, so you can do that by people, filtering, or going through the dashboard, click an individual name, you'll see the entire conversation history.
0:32 In the bottom right hand corner, there's a little icon for an email. Clicking that will toggle the creation, you can pick a or add a subject line and write your message, including adding attachments if you need to.
0:47 clicking this simple button will automatically send that to the resident.
